I got sick for the first time just a bit ago. Expected, still unpleasant. Was told to expect the 2nd day after starting Chemo to be the "roughest," so we have that to look forward to.
Still, I couldn't help notice the similarities between what I was doing, and what the Lions did on Sunday.
We both had an important day, started out pretty well, progressively, slowly, but surely started going downhill, until we just couldn't help it any more, and puked it all away. Can't fight the inevitable--puking during Chemo, or the Lions dropping games in the most disgusting way possible.
Giggling while puking is inadvisable.
